Hello to our lovely readers!
We took the liberty to collaborate with The Nature’s Co, a completely vegan brand of cosmetics and skin care products, to bring to you an exclusive sneak peak into their monthly subscription box!
What we like about the Natures Co. products is that they are made with all natural plant based ingredients. Not only are these products free of chemicals and animal by-products, they were made without harming any animals! Score!
So, as a young girl, whenever I went out to dinner with the family, my parents always ordered soup in the following manner:
“One sweetcorn/ burnt garlic/ tomato soup, and please divide it into two.”
For them, the reason was that the quantity had been unreal and too much for one person, but I noticed something else. The “into two” came out to be two full bowls of soup! Which was then devoured by six people, of course. ^_^
From this experience, Peach and I have vowed to never order two separate dishes/ beverages/ appetizers whenever we go out to eat! Plebs need to bank on every opportunity they can get, after all!
Birthdays, holidays and celebrations; what makes them extra special is an adorable little gift, all wrapped up, ready to tear into! But store-bought gifts are a surefire way to make a dent in your bank account! So why not make your own?
The best thing about hand-made gifts is that they are customisable. You can cater to your gift-receiver’s sensibilities by adding a personal touch to your gifts, it is sure to win them over, and ensure that your bank account remains intact!
I bring to you, three personalised gifts that I made for my dear pal, Kuma’s birthday!
Do you need a storage solution to your behemoth pile of nail polishes? The answer lies in chocolates, my friend. Ferrero Rocher chocolates, to be exact!
If you’re wondering what on earth those two could have in common, have you ever laid your eyes on the boxes these delicious treats come in, before scarfing them down your face? They are adorable little plastic boxes that are just the right size to store your nail polishes in!
If only food was always the answer. ^_^
South Korea might not be the largest country out there, but it has surely had a huge impact on all of us!
Kdrama and Kpop have introduced Korean food, culture, and language to the world, and have left us all wishing we could hop on a plane and get to Seoul, faster than one could say, Kimchi!
But, what are we strapped-for-cash Plebeians, who desperately wish to experience Korea, to do?
Never fear darling plebs! There is a place you can go to! One that offers you the chance to experience Korea in your very own Country! Or even City!
If I were to tell you that ‘Winter is Coming’, would you be sad to lose summer? or would you jump with joy?
If you fall in the latter category, then I can safely assume that you too are at loggerheads with biting sunshine, warm air, constant perspiration, and engulfing humidity.
Don’t worry my cold wind loving comrades, I have here some right tips for you to live through the torture-season before you can finally embrace the goodness of chilly nights, hot chocolate, and blanky snuggles! *Winter! sob-sob* (T.T)
It’s the most humid time of the year. Whenever Kuma and I step out the door, we are welcomed by warm moist air. I’m seriously contemplating giving in to the Hermione hair and sporting a broom stick the next time I head out.
But the sticky humidity contributes to a much worse epidemic than frizzy hair. I’m talking clogged pores, people! Blackheads!
Store bought facial scrubs can only remove dirt from the surface, and are usually too harsh for the skin. Plastic micro-beads in facial scrubs can cause lacerations and allergies! Stay away from that stuff!
I bring to you, a natural, safe, cheap and far more effective way to get rid of dirt and blackheads!
And I bet that the stuff you need is already in your kitchen!

This post is in commemoration of TheClosetPlebeians hitting a “100 Followers”!! \(^_^)/ We would like to sincerely thank you for your support! We love each and every one of you!
Here is a special edition of the Plebeian life. If you can relate to any of these, then you’re at the right place!
I love Nail art. It makes me feel really happy. I turn some music on (preferably Kpop!), and spend about 20 minutes on my nails. It’s my time to relax and unwind for a while. While I write or type, i’ll look down at my hands and marvel at how pretty they look. And honestly? I feel more productive. I actually get more work done because I feel so positive and calm!
Getting nails done at the nail salon is insanely expensive, and us plebs are all about Do It Yourself! So I’m gonna tell you how I created these looks, with only nail paint and stuff lying around the house!
